Earthquake Update - Aug. 23, 2011 Earthquake near Richmond, Virginia
Please send your family updates to successisyou@yahoo.com
Wed., Aug. 24 – 12:41 AM
Emmanuel's family and our friends in Hampton, Virginia are all fine. We heard from our friends at the Organization of Black Designers (OBD) in D.C. and they're okay too. We are aware that the quake was felt as far northeast as Springfield, Massachusetts where family members there have also checked in. Thankfully, all the news we've heard is good!

Tornado Update - Thur., April 28, 2011 - 1:50 PM

Thur., Apr. 28 - 9:33 AM
Just a note to let everyone know that I was able to get Beatrice Vinson Foster a few minutes ago, and she reports that even though there is heavy tornado damage in her neighborhood, she (and her property) are fine. Power may not be restored for several days, but she assured me she is fine, because there is a shelter nearby with power. Anyone trying to contact her by phone may not be able to get through. Please keep all the tornado victims in your prayers, and please pass the word about other relatives and friends.

From Tasha Temple’s Facebook Page - For those that haven't heard the storms were horrible. Shack and I are ok...we hid under a mattress in my roommate's closet. The house and material things are gone but God is awesome. Thru destruction and devastation He shows his love, grace and power! Hug your loved ones...I'll update as soon as I can!
