The Family is asking for prayers for David Venson, who is going into emergency surgery at this hour. David fell from a tree while performing his job. David is the brother of Ella Pearl Williams, Carrie Stewart, Mattie Kidd, Margaret Ford-Taylor, Hudson Ford Jr, Lawrence Ford and Marvin Ford.

Sat., July 28, 2012 - 12:00 Noon (from Hudson Ford, Jr.) - THANKS TO YOUR PRAYERS, David Venson is continuing to make remarkable recovery, and is currently undergoing therapy. As you probably recall, earlier this month, David suffered life-threatening injuries in a work related accident. THANKS FOR YOUR PRAYERS AND CONCERN, and please continue to pray for David and our entire family.
Sun., July 15, 2012 - 6:00 PM (from Carrie Stewart) - David continues to improve and is now in a "Step Down" unit, which despite the name, is a "step up" from Intensive Care. THANK YOU for your prayers for David, and please continue your prayers. Both he and the family truly appreciate it.
Mon., July 9, 2012 - 11:05 AM (from Hudson Ford, Jr.) - David has made tremendous progress. His lung capacity is improving and this past weekend was allowed to breathe on his own for a short period of time. The family is EXTREMELY GRATEFUL for your prayers, and ask that you continue those prayers.
